Earlier in the year, Hotel Interior had sent a consignment of furniture including 20 chairs to the north of England. Unifortunately, not all the chairs arrived, and the transport company was held responsible.
Here is the claim from the transport company submitted to its insurance agent. Read it carefully, then answer the questions at the end of the form.
